Order Confirmation
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. We will also notify you once your order is successfully delivered.

Shipping is FREE for all orders. Standard delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days within the UK and the European Union.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom, the European Union, and select international destinations. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Check all possible delivery locations.
- Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.
- Contact the courier directly with your tracking number to initiate a claim.
