Order Modifications or Cancellations

Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer support team to request modifications, a change of address, or order cancellation. After 24 hours, your order will have entered the fulfillment process and cannot be modified or canceled.


Damaged or Incorrect Order

We take great care in ensuring that every product is carefully handled and shipped. However, in rare cases, mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us within 7 days of receiving the order, along with your order number, at aezulia23@gmail.com.

Once we verify the issue, we will immediately send a replacement. Please note: If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

For defective or damaged items, there is no return cost to you.

Please also note that normal signs of wear, rust, breakage, or damage resulting from improper use, improper maintenance, modifications, accidents, loss, or theft are not covered by this policy and will not be considered for a refund.


Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after your order date, please contact us at aezulia23@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Important:

  • We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Shipping details are verified in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase.
  • If the addressee is not home during the delivery window, we are not responsible for failed deliveries.
  • If tracking indicates “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Custom Duties

Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for information about any policies that apply to your location.

Aezulia is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, import duties, or taxes, and we have no control over these charges. We cannot reimburse any costs incurred due to these charges. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by customs.

If a package is undelivered for any reason, including the refusal to pay customs duties, the order will not be eligible for a refund, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order was delivered. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging

Please note:

  • We do not offer free return labels. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
  • For hygiene reasons, used items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If you are returning a product due to a change of mind or an unwanted order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the product is damaged or faulty, return shipping will be free of charge.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Please note, it may take up to 8 days for the refund to show in your account depending on your bank’s processing time.
